The Uplift channel of Elevate HSV offers 5 areas of assistance.
Transportation Assistance
Medical:
Upon the request of eligible individuals, Elevate HSV will provide transportation assistance for annual medical routine wellness appointments and preventative care service which include blood pressure screening, cholesterol screening, HIV screening, immunization vaccines, diabetes (Type 2) screening, obesity screening, breast cancer mammography (female), and colorectal cancer screening.

Dietetics:
Upon the request of eligible individuals, Elevate HSV will provide monthly transportation to a local market. The organization will encourage individuals toward choosing healthy food options.
Career Assistance
Elevate HSV will extend career assistance upon request to eligible individuals with preparation of employment which includes a referral to the Alabama Career Service Center, followed by resume composition, and one-on-one interview preparation.
Life Coaching
The Elevate HSV Life Coaching channel will help eligible individuals improve their relationships, careers, day to day lives, clarify goals, and identify obstacles that are hindering growth and develop a strategy to help overcome them. Elevate teaches the five core values: integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship, and servant leadership.
Social Engagement
Extended through the Social Engagement channel of Elevate HSV, eligible individuals are encouraged to share thoughts, feelings, and emotions. The Social Engagement channel welcomes the introduction of community awareness.
Community Development
The Community development channel of Elevate HSV offers a referral to eligible individuals seeking decent housing, suitable living environments, and expanding economic opportunities, principally for low and moderate-income individuals.
Eligible Individuals are defined as low-income to moderate-income citizens that are looking for a hand-up, rather than a handout. These individuals include recovering addicts that have been through and completed professional counseling, individuals that have lost employment and have proof of seeking new employment, senior citizens that are living on a fixed income, and homeless veterans that are trying to be reestablished.
